Flynn
& Clark, P.C. has provided premium service to clients throughout
New England and the United States for more than twenty-five years.
The founding partners began their careers over thirty years ago
as volunteer lawyers in Appalachian Kentucky where they spearheaded
the movement for Black Lung compensation and defended the rights
of miners seeking representation by the United Mine Workers of America.
Facing the best representation the coal industry could retain, they
developed litigation skills and a devotion to advocacy which now
benefits their clients throughout the United States.

Flynn
& Clark has practiced in the area of business immigration law for
twenty-five years. Immigration services include H-1B temporary work
visas, L-1 multinational worker visas, PERM labor certifications,
and permanent residence for Outstanding Researchers, Professors, and
individuals with extraordinary ability. In addition, the firm offers
services in real estate, wills and estate administration, domestic
relations litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense.
Currently, the firm is staffed with fifteen professionals including
five attorneys and a support staff of ten paralegals and administrative assistants. |

and a host of software development, biotech and health care institutions.
The firm frequently advises a number of educational institutions.
Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts
University, Northeastern University, Boston University, Brandeis
University, and the University of New Hampshire also refer employees
and students to the firm on an ongoing basis.

Flynn
& Clark is committed to the development of state of the art legal
skills acquired through involvement in professional associations.
Steve Clark has edited the proceedings of the Annual Conference
on Immigration Law sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyer's
Association (AILA), has written over fify articles for colleagues
throughout the United States, and has written for a major treatise
on Labor Certifications for Matthew Bender Company. He has served as President of AILA National,
which has nearly 9,000 immigration lawyers throughout the United
States and thirty countries, and has chaired the Massachusetts Bar
Association's Immigration Committee. He has been a national authority
on employment-based immigration and fields numerous queries from
colleagues throughout the United States.

Joseph Flynn is a
skilled litigator with extensive trial experience in Federal and
state courts in civil, criminal, and divorce cases. He has
also argued over thirty cases before the Massachusetts Supreme
Judicial Court, Appeals Court, and U.S. Courts of Appeals. |
